Youâll receive a daily email with a short tracking form to enter your steps, minutes, or miles walked.
2. What if I do physical activity thatâs not walking?

3. What if I canât walk that far?
No problem! Whether itâs 10 steps or 10,000, every step counts. Do whatâs safe and appropriate for your body.
4. Can I see how far weâve gone as a group?
Yes! Weâll post weekly progress updates as we walk our way across New York State. Check back to see which partner site weâve reached!
5. Can I join if I live outside New York?
Absolutely! Everyone is welcome to join and support fall prevention awareness.
6. Is this free?
Yes! The walkathon is completely free to join and participate.
