Join us this September as we come together to track our steps and physical activity, learn fall prevention tips, and move for a healthier future!

You’ll receive a daily email with a short tracking form to enter your steps, minutes, or miles walked.

2. What if I do physical activity that’s not walking?

3. What if I can’t walk that far?
No problem! Whether it’s 10 steps or 10,000, every step counts. Do what’s safe and appropriate for your body.

4. Can I see how far we’ve gone as a group?
Yes! We’ll post weekly progress updates as we walk our way across New York State. Check back to see which partner site we’ve reached!

5. Can I join if I live outside New York?
Absolutely! Everyone is welcome to join and support fall prevention awareness.

6. Is this free?
Yes! The walkathon is completely free to join and participate.
